After trying both the XR700 and the Pertronix units,
go with the Pertronix. It drops right as as the points
right onto the stock plate, It's wiring doesn't require
an auxillary fender mounted box like the XR700.
Both work fine, but the Pertronix is a much cleaner installation.
It works great with the 40KV Gold coil on my 73GT
Only two wires to hook up
if you didn't know, it looks totally stock
no more dwell, no more points problems.
If an emergency did arise, switching back to points is 
a 5 minute job.
