I got the impression it was a domain name, rather than just a web site name.
I read recently that england.co.uk and london.co.uk have recently been the
subject of litigation to wrest them from the hands of a private individual.

On a more general level a local fish and chip shop is being sued by Kentucky
Fried Chicken for calling their shop "Kent's Tuck In Fried Chicken". The
defence is that the shop is situated in Kent Road, it sells fried chicken
and purchasers can 'tuck in' (i.e. eat) on the premises. I spy another
McDonalds fiasco.

Here in Solihull we have some amusingly named restaurants - The Shirley
Temple (a chinese located in Shirley, a local suburb), the Beau Thai, and
the Ruby curry house (a 'Ruby Murray' or just 'Ruby' being Cockney rhyming
slang for a curry). I kid you not.
