Got my 75 MGB on the road yesterday for the first time this summer. And its
getting a too hot, I cant keep the needle on the N, it stays between the N
and H leaning a little closer to the H. I just flushed out the radiador and
it didnt seem to help, I blew out any debris that I could out of the front
of the radiador also. Is there a way I can tell if the thermistat is
working without takeing it out? also how do I know if the water pump is
working properly? Last summer the car got hot but not this hot, and it only
got hot on days when temperatures reached the 90's. Latley its been between
60-80 degrees outside. If it is the thermistat, what temperature should I
get, during the summer the hottest it gets is usually a little over 100
degrees and lows of 70.
