The Bentleys repair manual is step 1. It is a reprint of factory service
procedures, & will solve many future problems. It also includes a very
good wiring diagram. Take the manual to a good copy shop, have it
enlarged to about 2' x 3', glue it to a piece of heavy cardboard or
plywood. If you want to be fancy, cover it with plastic. Also enlarge
the "key" which tell what everything is, to standard 8-1/2" x 11".
With this in hand, you should be off to the races. If possible, take a
look at any MGB to see the basic wire path. Even a junker is good for
this.
