Upper trunion bushings

It seems that after only 30,000 miles my upper trunion bushings
are worn to the point of having a noticable amount of slop and 
need to be replaced.  They are the solid, eccentric bushings 
that also gave me a little negative camber.

What is the wisdom of the list on which bushings to use,
where to get them and what they cost?  It's been 6 years since
I bought these so I don't remember any of the details (I probably
got them from 7).
