Looking for tube shock conversion kit

A friend is looking for a tube shock conversion for his front end.  A couple
of years ago, somebody mentioned that he supplied the brackets, etc along
with the model shock to look for at Sears or whatever.  The price was quite
reasonable - $40 or so.  Has anybody any information on that?

Also, I might be interested in the same thing for the rear shocks!
