I had the same problem at Stowe this year, I took it down to Stowe auto
service telling them they needed to drill it out for me. I had purchased
a complete lockset from the jumble for $5. The prop. took a flat screw
driver and jammed it into the keyhole and fooled and fiddled around for
about 30 seconds and then opened the trunk. It was easier than drilling.
