.*********Mike, I can't believe you are seriously limiting the
definition of a concours car or the process. For those of us
without the proverbial  million in the bank, there are going to be
some  trade offs. We may spend many rewarding years finding the
last authentic bits, and will probably always score less than
100%. For God's sake even the Concours Registry isn't perfect -
"improvements" are being  made every year.
