13.5 is very low.  You might like to have a look at a selection of other
peoples ride heights and mods on the web site below - select 'Spanners' and
'Ride Height'.  Only two people show fronts at 13.5 or less and none rears.
My new, pukka rear springs for a 73 have a rear height of 14.25/14.5
(original (?) fronts show 14.5)  measured from the centre of the axle to the
bottom of the chrome strip.  Unladen the rear springs are only very slightly
bowed, fully laden they are reverse-bowed and the axle hits the bump-stops
very easily.

A "jacked-up rear" stance are just as likely to be caused by "too-low
fronts" as anything wrong with the rear springs.
