Just an FYI. I wanted to get one of those fancy Optima/Vortex/Exide-Select
batteries (the ones that look like a six pack of beer) for my '71 MGB. But
there doesn't appear to be a size that fits the old six volt battery bay of
the early B's. There only seems to be one size 10" x 6 3/4" x 7 13/16" and
it's too big.
Now I'm looking at a Delco Freedom Battery series 26. It's supposed to be a
maintenance free battery. Has anyone fitted one of these?
