Actually, it's the first car built for the 1964 model year, so it's not a
'63 at all (though it was built in August 63), it's a 1964 in the
generally accepted meaning of the term. So the ad is a little stupid on
that score.
Black & red -- great combo. It's in Ohio if any Midwesterners want to
check it out.
