Missing Wire

I read in the moss catalogue that there is a modification for the new
alternators which are only available with 3 wires to connect instead of the
factory 5 wire version. Can anyone tell me where the wires go,(connect to)
for the 5 wire alternator.
I'm missing a wire,I only have 4.
