My workshop manual says that your pump should be pumping about 1 pint of gas
in 30 seconds at carburetor height. I believe that the pressure is less
than 4 pounds but that isn't included in the manual. The easiest test is to
disconnect the fuel filter and pump into a container that will hold a quart
or so and see how long it takes to pump a pint.
