Hi Andy,

Thaks for the good wishes...
Guess what - The GT passed with flying colors.
However.......
With the papers I handed over to the authoroties I got the message there was
no solid proof the car was a genuine 1971 one!
At the time I purchased the car from a local classic British car dealer, I
received a receipt and import papers.
I should have received a "title", the USA car owners paper.
Now I'm going to opt for a "birth certificate" from the BMHT.
Tomorrow I'll fax a form to them with the request to send the certificate
asap.

Is there any chance to find the original title or a replicate based upon the
car's serial number?

Cheers,

Hans

An excellant book I might ad. Some beauty cars. Good luck with the
inspection. By the way I overlapped a bearing in my 77 last week and have a
Nova Scotia Club Tour of Nfld starting this weekend coming. I am going to be
busy. :-)

Best Wishes & Safety Fast
