Internal engine cleaning

A little while back there was some talk about a decarbonizing solution
that owners ran through thier T cars to clean out the combustion chambers.
What was it and would it work on a B (I don't see why not).  I tried the
archive but I couldn't think of anything specific enough to create a
usefull search.
