First, open the heater valve. Then fill the radiator as full as you can.
Put on the pressure cap, but not all the way, you do not want to pressurize
the system yet. Run the engine til warm and the thermostat opens. The
coolant level will drop in the radiator so you can add more water. Run the
engine again, add more coolant, etc. It may take three or four times. Do
not use more than 50% antifreeze if your area is prone to weather below
freezing. (I've never been to Greece!) If there is no danger of freezing,
use all water with a bottle of Red Line Water Wetter. Don't forget to close
the heater valve when you finish, unless you want the heat on.
One last hint, make sure the radiator cap is good. They should be replaced
every 4 or 5 years.
