MMO any good for B's?

I am a faithfull user of Marvel Mystery Oil in my TD. I'm convinced, as are 
many others, that it makes the valves run smoother and prevents valve 
sticking on the old XPAG. Would it be of any benefit in the B? BTW, both the 
B and TD have been converted to lead-free.
