It sounds like you have spark and you have fuel.  There is not much else to 
check, but the valve timing could be off.  Set the rotor so that cyl. #1 is 
at TDC on compression storke and take off the valve cover.  If both valves 
are not closed, that would be the problem.  The timing chain has skipped.  
(You could also do a compression test and it would show if the valves are 
closing at the proper time.)
