Eric,

Without verifying with references, I believe that the TB was made in 1939 -
in rather limited numbers.  Don't think there was a model made in 1940.
After the war, the TC was produced - a TB with some minor changes
incorporated, such as a bit wider, etc.  They're hard to tell apart unless
you really know the details.
