Well, if they are like the glow plugs that I had to replace on a diesel VW 
Rabbit I once owned, its not much more difficult than replacing spark 
plugs. In fact, quite similar. Cost wasn't too high either. Now if it was 
the injectors, you would be looking at more work and money.
