The son of my wife's best friend lives there. He happens to have an
unrestored (needing resto) 67B there with him. I fear that he will
eventually sell it down there instead of up here where he got it
originally. He does not drive it there very often due to it being "too hot"
much of the time.

I would 'fly down there in a second' :-) but the seventh is my 40th
birthday and I have many friends joining me at a nearby Brew Pub to
celebrate a charmed life.
