You probably don't want to hear this ;^) but methinks you need to
match the dizzy to the port. My '69 (18GH HC engine) has a #40897 dizzy
and is connected to the rear carb. According to the Bentley manual, you
could have a 18GH, 18GJ, or 18GK engine. According to the same book,
the GK - GJ used dizzy #41155 and the GK used #41339. So which combo do
you have or are you building?
Personally, I like the early #40897 dizzy and carb porting. The
tuning section on page 443 lumps the #40897 & #41155 together. Other
listers may disagree or interpret things differently. Take your choice.
