Headlamp bucket mount MGB

Hi,
Apparently tac welded to the inside of the front fender of the MGB is a ring
to which the lamp bucket is secured.  That ring is severly rusted on one of
my fenders, but the surrounding fender metal is salvagable.  I need to grind
off the rusted ring and replace it with a homemade or sourced replacement.
Does anyone know if that ring is available by itself and where it could be
found?
