Heater

Sorry if this is a recent thread, I just subscribed today...
Anyone have any tips on putting the smiths heater box back in to the engine
compartment of my '78 B roadster?
It doesn't seem to want to fit and hooking up the cable that directs the air
to the floor or the inside of the windscreen seems impossible too.
Any info would be helpful.
