Well, George, true but not always possible! If David has double valve
springs on his engine, there's not room to put an "umbrella" seal on the
valve guide without machining the top of the guide to accept a seal that is
small enough to fit without interfering with the inner spring.

These seals are only a temporary fix, in any case. If the guides are worn,
they need replacing!
