For those of you who do not get Speedvision as part your cable package, stop
reading.
If you do, keep an eye on Legends of Motorsports next week.
Thursday, 8/30, they are showing Safety Fast, which is a factory promo for
the TD, and Thoroughbreds All, which I believe had to do with early record
attempts at Bonneville and features the TD high speed endurance runand others.
Friday 8/31, in the morning they have Of Time & Speed, Bonneville 1956, which
is more MG speed records at Bonneville and then they repeat Safety Fast leter
at night.
Then, in a week, on 9/6 & again on 9/7, they show MG Does It Again, which is
more MG at Bonneville stuff. I think this is the one with Sterling Moss
driving.
Sprinkled in there are other neat LOM's featuring The Rover Tradition,
Triumph's at LeMans, LeMans 1965 (isn't that when the B ran?) and a few
others that should have a couple LBC running about. They have The Alpine
Rally from 62 and 63, which I believe showed several MGA's running about.
So, check the Speedvision schedule, and get your VCR's set to record!
