Hello Gang,
My '79 MGB LE sits high, just as they do in all the photos
of late model MGs. I have heard that this is MG's <easy>
response to US bumper height regulations. On the other hand,
my, now Patrick's, MGB-GT sits lower. In fact, the center of
the wheel is coaxial with the center of the wheel opening arc.
That is, the gap around the front tire is beautifully symmetrical
with the wing opening. Not so on my '79. This leads to the
question:
Is it <easily> possible to lower a late model MG back to the
ride height that the designers originally intended? All opinions
encouraged.
