There are two possibilities that would cause this problem.  One is a bad fuse
(I think it is the third one down), or a bad fuse box.  With a test light,
check the terminals on each side of the fuse box,  If you have power on one
side, you should have it on the other.   If one doesn't have voltage, try
replacing the fuse.  Lucas fuses are dual rated (17 amps continuous, 35 peak).
If the power peaks, the fuse will blow, but often if it is over 17 but not at
35, the solder in the end cap melts and can't really be seen.

You also have two relays on the inner fender.  One is the relay for the
starter, the other is the ignition relay.  If this goes bad, all the
accessories that are electric and on only when the ignition is on willl not
work.  You can check this by test light or jumping the brown wire to the wire
directly opposite it on hte relay.
