A friend of mine has a 1974 chrome bumper midget for sale. It has 34,000
miles, good interior, did not start, but he said it started a couple of
months ago. It has been garaged since 1989. There is rust on both rocker
panels (need replacing), the front bumper is bent, and the driver side front
fender needs replaced (it is banged in and rusty). The top also needs
replaced. The rest of the car looks good. The garage had dim light, but I
did not see any rust in the trunk and the floors seemed solid. The engine
compartment looked clean. There is some paint chips and surface rust, but
they look like they could be repaired. It looks like a pretty good project
car. If any one is interested please let me know. Also, he mentioned $2000
but seemed open for negotiation.
