A lot depends on why the wheel is not centered, and how far off it is.

If you removed the steeriing column, I'm afraid that all you can do is trial
and error.   Just re-remove the shaft and relocate it.

 If it because the wheel had been removed, remove it again and relocate it.

If it off just a little bit, loosen the tie rod ends and turn the inner tie
rod to correct the position.  Be sure to turn each side exactly the same
amount.
