I have the same brushed concrete driveway.
When I had the old Mercedes diesel I used to get all kinds of oil leaking
and it was dark black oil. After I sold the car I used detergents and
scrubbing. I also tried a nasty concrete acid because I really had a stain.
I also had a heavy duty industrial strength pressure washer that I attacked
it with.
It took about 2 years and it finally went away.
Then of course I bought the MG!
