Spent 2 hours Saturday with a printout of a few of your emails and my Haynes
under the hood and dash.
I managed to repair what may be the single most important part of a car in
this part of the world - the horns.
Problem, FWIW, was bad ground at the horns, bad connection at fusebox, AND a
bum fuse.
Had the car 18 months now and this is the first time the horn works.
A small victory, certainly, but a victory nonetheless.
Just wanted to let you know that your oft-repeated postings of where to
stick the purple and the purple/black really do sink in eventually.
Beep-beep!
