Got this in e-mail awhile back......anybody else know anything about
it? If legit, it could be useful information to some folks. Not me

Hi WARMUTHB@WLSC.WVNET.EDU,

I heard you recently shipped your car.

If you experienced any of these problems,

1. Late pick up 8. Missed pick up
2. Late delivery 9. Missed delivery
3. Long transit times 10. Hidden charges
4. Damage to your car 11. No status given during transport
5. Missing or stolen items 12. Misrepresentation of service
6. Rude drivers 13. Misleading advertising
7. Rude customer service

It is easy to get a check for $50.00, $100.00 or more from the auto
transport company, all you do is go to www.BBB.org (BBB = Better Business
Bureau). Click on "File a Complaint" and do so. After your complaint is
filed, then contact the company. Important, do not contact the company
first, because, your check will be bigger if you wait until the company
receives the complaint from the BBB.

How do I know all of this? Good question, I am an insider unhappy with the
quality of service in this industry.

Sincerely,

Whistleblower
