Meguiar's Plastic Polish.  It's designed to be used on motorcycle farings,
but it works on whatever ails an LBC ragtop window.  Apply topically and
rub vigorously with a T-shirt.  Since this is a long and boring process,
apply Old Speckled Hen internally.
