I made a tool suggested to us on this list.  I don't remember who
suggested it.

I took two cheap 1/4" square drive flex joints.  Disassembled them and
but the two female ends together.  Now I can use my 1/4" square drive
ratchet and an extension to adjust the rear brakes.
