Hi...
If you're curiosity has be peaked by the earlier mentions of an Alfa "35-B" 
or something similar, here is how you can access the complete story...Also, 
did you know that Donald Healey once "cloned" an Alfa (a complete, almost 
identical copy!) and raced it with some success as a Triumph Dolomite 
roadster, I believe it was in the late '30's, possibly 1937-38...He even 
copied the engine and suspension...The only thing worse would have been if 
he'd just "rebadged" an Alfa. I guess the various International governing 
bodies didn't pay too much attention to details back then?? Oh yeah back to
