dismantling starter solenoid

As some may recall, one of the studs on my (later style) starter solenoid is
stripped beyond use.  So I'm trying to get the cover off to remove and
replace the stud.  I've removed the two screws, removed all the nuts from
the studs, but the cover isn't wanting to come off.  Do I need to take apart
the electrical connections on the cover as well?
