i haven't used it in many years..
but, in the 60's there was a product branded "Stop Leak", a liquid, came in a 
brownish bottle and had some pellets (looked kinda like rabbit food) in the 
bottle..

anyway, i poured it in (with the engine hot) the radiator and went for a drive..

an hour later the minor leak (in the radiator, maybe) was fixed--i drove that 
'55 
chevy *MANY* more miles without leak or any cooling problem..

what you are gonna buy and use, i have NO idea..
