I have heard positive about him also. A check of his feedback shows 6 negatives
including one this week all for slow shipping and unanswered emails but
generally people are happy with him. I also wonder if he might be having the
same problems with emailing you as I did when I had LOA as my ISP. Keep making
noise, be patient, and give him some negative feedback unless he really
apologizes to you. He will learn eventually. Good Luck,
