It's been top-down weather most of the year in the UK.  Higher than average
sunshine for both January and February, March was the highest since records
began with low rainfall.  Daytime temps in the high teens for most of March
although night times have been near or below freezing, we had more frosts
this Feb than in the whole of last year.  Flurries of snow today, though.
