Has anyone found any substance for cleaning and polishing that wonderful
"plastic" from the 50's known as bakelite. Without painting it, is there any
polish or wax that will put a decent gloss on it that might last a while? By
the way, today was our first decent weekend day in Michigan for some top down
driving. Gordie and I took the A's out for a short spin. Still a little bit
of salt on the side of the road from our big snow two weeks ago. We've had
one good rain to rinse off most of the road surface. Seventy four degrees
and sunny. Lovely!!!
