Not me, but I think it was the original.  I thought they all altered the
dwell with rpm, resulting in a relatively fixed 'closed' period rather than
the 'reducing as revs rise' period with points.  Not that it makes any
difference, if the closed period with points is suitable for an 8-cylinder
MG let alone a 12-cylinder Jag then the 4-cylinder MG will have no problem.
Same goes for dual-point distributors.
