There're 2 cylinder-shaped felt seals in the steering column that need replacement, and correct procedure specifies that they be soaked in graphite oil prior to fitting. Graphite oil is hard to locate; it may not be available anymore in small quantities at retail to the general public. It's the impression I'm getting. Anyone out there suggest an appropriate substitute? /// or try http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool /// Archives at http://www.team.net/archive |
