Peter, thanks for mailing back . I guess your my go to guy if you wouldn't
mind forwarding this to the MG list. They can include my email address in
their response to send an answer.

    On the 75-80 brake master cylinders can the pressure switch and pressure
distribution valve be eliminated and caped off.  Other than not sensing
pressure loss it seems to me it should just work like the older cylinders
without the switches or press. dist. valve.   Any of you MGineers attempt
this or thought about it.
    My reasons for omitting the switch is mine broke off and it appears to
be an unobtainable part.  My cylinder is still rebuilable so I would like to
use it again.
