Bob,
I've done it so it must be easy:-). Just last week I even rebuilt the
calipers!
The one bit of advise that I have is to make sure and put the brake shoes on
correctly; the area of the shoe with the largest gap between the end of the
shoe and the start of the padded area should be the leading edge when
rotating (does this make any sense?). My manual shows this incorrectly.
Someone on list gave me the same advise.
