steering lock

My Midget handbook states"to lock the steering, turn the key anti-clockwise
to the position marked 'I', press the button(5), turn the key to the 'o'
position and withdraw it. I have never been able to find the button to
press. I have to force the key counter-clockwise to withdraw it.
