67 B seat upholstery

So, in light of that, and admitting no pictures were taken, we need some help.
How does the seat bottom cover get attached at the rear of the seat? How is 
provision made for the seat back support bolt pads? Does one cut the cover 
around them? What does the cover then clip to?

Any help appreciated.
