Water pump.

I am losing water & antifreeze.  I finally found where it is leaking today.
It appears to be coming from the bottom of the fan clutch.  My question:  The
clutch doesn't have any liquid in it, does it?  If it is leaking there, does
that mean it is actually coming from the end of the Water pump pulley?  Anyone
else have a leak from there?  I guess the type of car would help.  It is a 79
midget.
