Hello all,
Can anybody recommend a supplier for inner sheetmetal for a 1967 MG Midget
Mk3?
Overall the shell is quite good but has suffered inner sheetmetal distortion
on the front left inner wheel arch, the top of the left side footwell (the
panel where the master cylinders would mount up), the inboard vertical side of
the left footwell going down to the subframe, and the front cross plate where
the hood striker latch mounts. The metal in these areas has been so bashed
around and someone has tried to hammer it back into shape, resulting in
horribly stretched and buckled metal, something I could never get straight
again.
Any leads?
