Thank you all so much for your help. What a great
confidence boost.
The hoist worked beautifully. 

The load leveller didn't cooperate too well, so my
wife assisted by lifting up the tail end of the
gearbox.

What a relief!! 

One minor mishap - forgot to disconnect the HT lead
between the coil and the distributor ;-)
